Digital Producer / Suit

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Digital Producer with strong suiting skills to join our team. In this client-facing role, the Digital Producer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements for digital projects.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project timelines, and define project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Work closely with creative teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and executed effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications and client expectations.
  • Manage client expectations and foster positive relationships to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • An innate ability to effectively communicate and present to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of  3-5 years of experience in digital production, project management, or a related role within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and project management tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and account management teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
